In my opinion, the new LeBron commercial is one of the worst attempts to regain credibility that I have ever seen. The city responded in a fair way, especially concerning the pathetic manner he left the team and city he gave up on. Here is Cleveland's response:

YEAH, Cleveland! Awesome! I understand the feelings behind Cleveland's ire after living there nearly my whole life thus far. I was there the day he quit in July. It was heartbreaking. It was heartbreaking to watch my Dad's face. His first shot to see a Cleveland team be champions in his 58 year existence...gone.
Maybe Colt McCoy will be a centerpiece to start building the Browns (did I really just say that?) but the Cavs are done because of LeBron.
